Vocational
The Vocational area is an expansion of
services currently offered in the
Discovery Day Program. Consumers in this area work
with ceramics, and focus on other special projects such as
making dog beds. There are a 3 work enclaves in supported
employment. The enclaves are janitorial, and lawncare, and
maintenance. The vocational department is in process of
forming a Christmas quartet to sing at the annual Christmas
party. There are a variety of activites consumers are
involved in such as bowling, trips to the zoo, museum, etc.
