FAQs

 What is the AGS service area?
Ags currently operates within the Lucas and Wood counties in Northwest Ohio. We are soon to add service to Fulton county in 2010.

 
What hours do you operate?
We provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Night, weekend and holiday services must be scheduled in advance during normal working hours. For more information click here.

  
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept he following methods of payment:
Ohio Medicaid/Medicare
All major credit cards
Debit cards
Checks or Money Orders
and of course... Cash

 
Does AGS provide emergency medical transportation?
AGS only provides non-emergency medical transportation. Our vehicles and drivers are not equipped to provide medical treatment during transit.

  
Is there a wheelchair available for use?
Yes. When requesting your trip, please advise us that you need a transport wheelchair to be provided for you.

  
How can I charter a bus?
Contact us (click here) for cost and availablility for your event.

 
Can an aide ride with me?
Yes. An aide can ride along with you to your appointments, if needed. We also accomodate those with service animals.

-All of our drivers' posess a Commercial Drivers License and are trained in CPR & First Aid.
- Our drivers have over     150 years of combined experience behind the wheel.
- 90% of our fleet is handicap accessible

- In July of 2009 AGC Transportation became a certified Medical Transportation Provider through the OMTB
