Anne Grady began providing Supported Living Services in 1991. The Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities works with Anne Grady to help individuals live in the community as independently as possible.

This program is funded through the Medicaid Individual Options and other waivers. The people served by Anne Grady are offered a wide range of service options. Each individual along with their ISP team is responsible for developing a program that fits their own unique desires and needs.

Supported Living truly allows us to do what we strives for in every program – provide choices, encourage independence and offer appropriate support to allow each person to take control of their life. Anne Grady provides Supported Living Service to many people with a wide range of service options which may include 24 hour supervision or just basic in-home assistance.

The Supported Living Department has recently introduced a Recreation program that is offered county wide as well as to Individuals from some areas Outside Lucas county. A variety of community based activities such as the restaurant and coffee clubs, bowling, swimming, Rec. Jams and Parties are planned weekly.
