Anne Grady Privacy Policy
Thank you for visiting the Anne Grady Services Web site and reading
the Anne Grady Services Privacy Policy Statement. Anne Grady
Services is a private, non-profit corporation licensed by
the State of Ohio to provide services for adults and
children with developmental disabilities. Contributions are
tax deductible to the extent allowed by law and should be
made through the Anne Grady Foundation.
In order to
fulfill its mission, Anne Grady Services maintains databases
that are compiled exclusively of information knowingly and
voluntarily provided to Anne Grady Services by our donors
and web site visitors. Anne Grady Services respects the
privacy of our donors and Web site visitors.
Anne Grady
Service's policy is that it does not disclose, give, sell,
or transfer any personal information about the Anne Grady
Services web site visitors unless required for law
enforcement or otherwise required by law.
With the exception
of the Anne Grady Foundations secure on-line server for
credit card donations, our web site visitors are advised and
cautioned whenever they voluntarily disclose personal
information on-line.
We must
disclose pertinent credit card information to appropriate
banking institutions for those persons using credit cards to
make donations to the Anne Grady Foundation. However, credit
card information collected by Anne Grady Services or the
Anne Grady Foundation is used strictly for billing purposes.
Anne Grady
Services routinely gathers data on web site activity, such
as how many people visit our web site, the pages they visit
and where they come from. Site
visitor data is collected on an aggregate, anonymous basis,
which means no personal information is associated with this
