assistance with daily living skills to individuals in group
homes and to those living independently. Open positions include the following:
Supported Living Assistant

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED, Current Ohio Drivers
License, Acceptable driving record and proof of auto
insurance, Ability to lift 50 pounds, Ability to push, pull,
bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time, Ability
to regularly, intermittently, and spontaneously lift,
transfer, and reposition individuals.
Home Care Worker

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED, Current Ohio Drivers License,
Acceptable driving record and ability to drive, Ability to
